 Better Together Dispute Resolution Services (“Better Together" or "BTDRS”), a division of TPMD Consulting, LLC, is a full-service alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity that provides professional dispute resolution services to individuals, attorneys, small businesses, public, corporate, and government clients engaged in any phase of a dispute.  BTDRS mediators are certified, by the Virginia Supreme Court, to mediate cases appropriate for Juvenile and Domestic Relations, General District Court, Circuit Court, and Appellate Court. Our mediators are also active in community-based mediation centers, as well as may participate on other national rosters such as the American Arbitration Association and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service.      

Margaret McNeill is Principal Consultant and Chief Mediator with over 25 years of integrated experience in Project Management, Management Consulting, and Dispute Consulting.

Margaret is a graduate of Howard University, holding a BA in International Business with a concentration in Corporate Finance. She also holds a Master’s in Business Law from Regent University School of Law. She is a Virginia Supreme Court certified mediator, Virginia Notary Public, and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
